My friends and I just got back from Vegas and as one of my friends happens to be a hypnotist, he insisted that we go see one of the Vegas hypnosis shows. As we were staying in the Paris Las Vegas hotel, we decided to see their resident hypnosis show by Anthony Cools.

I was a bit nervous, as I really did not want to be picked to go on stage. I needn't have worried. Mr. Cools made it clear that you absolutely had to volunteer if you were to go on stage. Amazingly to me, there were plenty of volunteers storming the stage.

Within five to ten minutes he had determined which ones could be hypnotized and which ones should return to their seats. You could tell that a few just went up there to mess with him but he handled it well.

Once the volunteers were settled and in a trance the fun truly began. Now let me make this clear. This is a show for grown ups. If you are thinking of bringing your children - don't. They will not be let in and you truly would not want them there.

This is a show with lots of adult suggestions and the things that these hypnosis volunteers do on stage is not something that I can imagine them being proud to show their parents, if they happened to buy the dvd which is available at the end. Women ended up with their bras around the outside of their clothes. Men ended up with their pants around their ankles. There were squabbles over imaginary "funny" cigarettes. And some received so much pleasure on stage that their mates may never be able to satisfy them equally again. As you can tell, this was anything but a boring show.

At the end of the show, Anthony Cools gave them positive suggestions and allowed them to remember everything that had happened. Some were embarassed but most took it in good humor.

As a member of the audience, I had such a great time that I will surely go back and see this show again. My friends felt the same. None of us knew what to expect when we went in but we now know if we truly want a laugh this is definitely the show to see. Anthony Cools never does the exact same show twice so we are excited to see what he has in store for us next time.  I love it when you can find something fresh and new on a vacation that you have taken time and again.
